My tracking link doesn’t work. What should I do?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an assigned tracking number once the product is shipped. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity.

If your tracking number does not work  make sure that all numbers and letters are correct. There are excellent alternative sites to use for tracking, including https://www.17track.net or https://www.parcelsapp.com/. Your order can be tracked with the tracking number we email to you after the order has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity.
